From the 4th to the 7th of December, the Palacio 8 hosts the 32nd edition of Auto retro Barcelona. This annual event was created in 1984, making it the oldest car show of the country. Many different activities and exhibitions will be available, the Antic Car prize will be awarded, and a visitor will win a watch of the renowned brand Frederique Constant.

The classics in the streets
On the occasion, the Avenida Reina María Cristina will be filled with private old cars, a living museum which will give you the opportunity to discuss the matter with other old cars lovers and owners.
Montjuïc Legends Series
Montjuïc Hill used to host a Formula One race until 1975, when a fatal crash occurred, leading to Formula One to abandon the circuit.
As a sort of tribute, a historic cars parade will be organized on each day of the event, anyone owning an historic vehicle can take part in it for free.
The Spanish vehicle brand Seat will have the place of honor. An exhibition will recount the brand’s last forty years, and four of its concept-cars will be exhibited: Fórmula, Salsa Emoción, Tango and Tribu.
Many car lovers’ clubs will attend the event, it will be the occasion to meet passionate people informed about the subject. Any club can ask to take part in the event, it is still time to make the application!
Due to Barcelona’s sailing traditions, monographic exhibitions of the Italian brand Riva mythical boats will take place in a port decor designed to look like in the 1960’s.
Tributes and Antic car Prize
The show will be the occasion to pay a tribute to people and organizations that through sport, work, or information have participated in the popularization of the motor field.
This year, the Entrega Premio Antic Car will be awarded to Fermín Sulé, the creator of Auto Retro and director of the event.
Car & Bike selling area
Discover 25 year-old vehicles restored by their owners, and if you find an original, rare, or exceptional car or motorbike, you can buy them! This area aims to promote private selling of vehicles without exceeding 25 000 euros to give young people the possibility to access the world of old cars and motorbikes.
